I was playing around with Blender today, the program we're using for the elective I took up, Technical & Scientific Illustration for this semester. It's pretty spiffy.Since I'm still pretty hyped up by the latest Transformers movie, I decided to do an autobot logo. Haha! Took me a while to get the hang of the software.
Aside from spending my afternoon in front of the computer like a hermit, Kiks came over and took me to Eastwood for a quick visit because hey hey hey, there was an Optimus Prime (or well, something like him) on display!
It was still pretty awesome - just seeing something huge and resembling a transformer was really cool.And speaking of Transformers, Kiks was able to finally get that Optimus Prime toy he's always wanted. He went to Robinsons this morning and he was lucky enough to have his name picked out of hat (or something to that effect) to choose a toy among the very limited stock. Anyway, it looked like he had fun - he got a bunch of freebies, and he gave me...
